There are pro’s and con’s to most things in life… With the Energize Denver requirements we see both sides of the argument and are curious to know how it is viewed by those impacted.  

How is this impactive the way that investors are viewing acquisitions and sales?  Is it burdensome and shying away investments? Is it generating more appealing assets with efficiency investments already completed?

What are your thoughts on the current program structure?  Are there ways to make it less controversial?
